ONPremise™, ONdemand’s managed IT service platform allows our technicians to provide remote, proactive monitoring and management services. The ONPremise network probe is a small, energy-efficient appliance that monitors all network enabled Servers, PC’s, Printers and IP devices (e.g., routers, switches, etc) using a variety of network management protocols.

- Customer billing information.
This portal does not replace direct interaction with you, rather it aims to ensure that the right people get the appropriate information whenever they want.
Detailed Reports
ONdemand’s ONPremise Platform issues monthly Executive Summary Reports that provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on your managed IT environment. With the total visibility of your IT assets and incidents and expert guidance of ONdemancd advisors, you can make better informed, cost effective and environmentally friendly technology decisions.
