Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and developing large CRM application development projects from the idea generation and feasibility stage through to the project implementation. He/She will lead an assembled project team in effectively addressing the client’s requirements according to the project’s schedule and approved budget.
Required skills/experience:
- 3+ years project management experience in information systems operations environment
- Prior experience managing integrated IT Help Desk
- PMP Certified
- Willing to travel to off-site locations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to lead and direct a project team as well as effective meetings and work sessions
- Project Management knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Project as well as Word, Excel
- Experience with technical and detailed documentation
- Positive influence on others
CRM Administrator
The CRM Administrator has primary responsibility for the overall support and implementation of Salesforce.com applications.
Required skills/experience:
- CRM experience in areas such as Lead Management, Campaign Management, Content Management, Customer Service/Case Management, and Dashboard/Report development will be necessary. You will be expected to keep current on the core capabilities of Salesforce in these functional areas, and apply this knowledge to ensure that the best technical solutions are considered and implemented.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years experience with the Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications.
- 2-4 years experience in designing, configuring, implementing and administering Salesforce or similar (CRM) applications.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment with varying skill set levels
Business Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst is the key liaison between the client and the technical delivery teams. The Business Systems Analyst plays key roles within the organization across many disciplines within the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, documentation, design and testing. We are seeking candidates who are motivated by our mission and who will bring excellent analytic, project and client management skills to our work. Successful candidates will be strong problem-solvers, independent and focused self-starters. The Business Analyst will also have prior technical experience with software development.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
- Write technical and design documentation support business needs
- Gather and understand business requirements
- Concisely evaluate client’s business requirements
- Define appropriate business & technical solutions
- Actively participate in analysis, design, configuration, documentation and testing of Salesforce.com applications.
- Design/redesign mission critical business processes
- Apply deep functional knowledge of CRM systems to customer needs and requirements.

- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
CRM Developer
We are currently seeking a capable and motivated developer with Salesforce.com (or other CRM cloud application) experience. He/She will be a member of the team responsible for CRM application development and systems integration.
Required skills/experience:
- 3-5 years experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems development or 5+ years of professional experience in C# or Java
- Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML, Javascript, AJAX, SQL, Java, PHP, SOAP-based web services, Apex, and SOQL
- Experience in creating custom objects, workflows, S-Controls, Force.com and VisualForce development and the Apex programming language preferred.
- Familiarity with integrated development environments such as Eclipse.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM and SFA
- Developing integration processes using Salesforce.com’s Web Services API and third-party integration tools. Proven ability to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
The TAM is a cross-functional advisor and customer advocate who leverages extensive Salesforce.com product knowledge and implementation experience. The TAM is a subject matter expert in the client’s industry. The TAM’s role is to ensure customer satisfaction and:
- Serve as extended member of customers’ team to generate visibility of customer progress with Salesforce.com solutions, including implementation status and return on investment
- Coordinate issue management, escalation and resolution
- Serve as the customer advocate elevating their needs and concerns across the ONdemand organization
- Advance the organization’s knowledge of Saleforce.com technologies
- Help customers leverage the most applicable Salesforce.com best practices and solutions
- Develop and execute plans to address customer satisfaction gaps
- Maintain awareness of the customer environment and promote alternative products or services as solutions
- Maintain a keen understanding of the customer’s business and service requirements in order to ensure ONdemand’s responsiveness to their needs
Required skills/experience:
- Project experience with CRM or related applications (i.e. ERP System), ideally in a SaaS environment
- BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
- Previous experience managing external customers as a Project Manager
- Previous project management experience
- Understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce.com applications
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator preferred
- Proven skills in promoting and maintaining client satisfaction
- Superior work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a team
- Must be a motivated and energetic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
